Technological process:
1) the assembly structure of big disc: automatic lamp holder, auto lamp, auto trimming, power detection, pressure rivet, pressure needle;
2) the assembly structure of small disc: artificial blister, plastic injection, cover pressure blister;
3)Number of Employees:three people, UPH: 1200pcs/h.


Feeding
1) lamp holder, rivets, blister, such as easy to scratch, using artificial put the material on the rotating disk again by manipulator to host on the stage;
2) lamp holder used welding lamp holder.





Requirements when the equipment work :
1) clean equipment working environment requirements (had better have independent work space), and do not regularly every day cleaning, lubrication.
2) the supply air clean equipment, avoid water, oil and other debris into the pneumatic system, pressure is 0.6 MPa above;Supply five wire three-phase power supply, power 2 kw.
3) because most of the work are implementation by the mechanical and it’s inseparable with maintenance , so the buyer should according to the actual situation of equipment maintenance regularly.
4) this equipment belong to precision machinery production, raw material,will have a direct effect on the result of the processing, the consistency of the raw materials inconsistent lead to bad product is not included in the scope of acceptance, visual detection of a one-time acceptance of the percent of pass is 95% or more (one-time pass rate is related to raw material consistency).









Requirments of Configuration

1. the Japanese omron PLC control, omron low-voltage electrical appliances;

2.Taiwan research China industrial computer;

3. high precision, complex action of cylinder use Japan SMC product, ordinary straight travel action use Taiwan's guest products;

4. Working table(rack) one-piece precision segmentation + the main frame (frame)
